If you find a lower pre-taxed rate than CityKnow.com’s lowest BestBuys rate on another web site within 24 hours of purchasing from CityKnow.com, submit the CityKnow.com [Best Buy Rate Guarantee Refund Request Form]. Rate must be a pre-paid rate, for the exact same hotel room type at the same hotel and on the same date(s). You will need to provide your name, phone number, date(s) of stay, hotel name, room rate, CityKnow.com confirmation number, hotel contact and the URL of the web site displaying the lower price. Requests must be made prior to hotel visit while rates are verifiable. After confirmation, Travelweb will refund the difference to the credit card used to purchase the CityKnow.com BestBuys rate hotel stay.

  1. The BestBuys rate program from CityKnow.com is available to travelers who make qualifying CityKnow.com BestBuys rate hotel room reservations with CityKnow.com (U.S.) web site. Qualifying purchase must occur after June 1, 2003. Minimum purchase of one (1) night.
  2. If you find a lower pre-taxed rate than CityKnow.com’s lowest BestBuys rate on another web site within 24 hours of purchasing from CityKnow.com, submit the CityKnow.com [Best Buy Rate Guarantee Refund Request Form]. Rate must be pre-paid rate, for the exact same hotel room type at the same hotel and on the same date(s). The terms and conditions of the CityKnow.com BestBuys rate program are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any unauthorized person, including employees of Travelweb LLC, CityKnow.com or its Customer Service representatives. Travelweb reserves the right to amend, revise, suspend or discontinue the CityKnow.com BestBuys rate program at anytime in its sole discretion and without prior notice.

  6. Households will not be granted refunds in excess of $1000 per calendar year.
  7. Travelweb shall not be liable for payment of refunds under the BestBuys Rate Guarantee if Travelweb or hotels load rates in error, or any printing, typographical, technological or administrative errors relating to the Guarantee.
  8. Travelweb shall make the final and binding determination on the eligibility of any refund.
  9. There are no specific blackout dates for the CityKnow.com BestBuys Rate Guarantee.
